Refund policy

Refund Policy ( Website Redesign or Site Build )

This can be different depending on the task and work that needs to be completed. Normally we provide a refund policy like the below but we will 100% let you know what your refund policy is before accepting your payment. 

"Within 3 Business days I will supply you a video of the direction the website is going in. If you don't like the direction a full refund will be issued. At this point if you like the direction of the website and agree to continue the refund option will not be available". 

To be eligible for a refund, you must ask for a refund after the video review has been sent. If you don't ask for a refund at this point your right to a refund will be refused as we will continue working on your site. 

Returns ( PDF Downloads )
Unfortunately we don’t offer refund on any PDF Downloads.   

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your refund is approved, we will send you an email to notify you that we will refund you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
